Welcome to UMPH. These terms of service outline your rights and responsibilities as a member of our premium beauty treatment platform. By using our service, you agree to these terms.
1. Subscription Terms
- 1.1. Monthly Subscription: Members pay £200 monthly for access to beauty treatments worth up to £2,400 annually.
- 1.2. Payment Terms: Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. We accept major credit cards and debit cards.
- 1.3. Cancellation: Members may cancel their subscription with 30 days' notice. Any unused treatment value expires upon cancellation.
- 1.4. Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify subscription prices with 30 days' notice to members.
2. Booking and Cancellation
- 2.1. Booking: Members can book treatments through our platform subject to clinic availability.
- 2.2. Treatment Cancellation: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment.
- 2.3. No-Shows: Missed appointments or late cancellations count against your subscription value.
- 2.4. Rebooking: Rescheduling is subject to clinic availability and our standard booking policies.
3. Member Conduct
- 3.1. Clinic Respect: Members must treat clinic staff and facilities with respect.
- 3.2. Account Sharing: Subscriptions are non-transferable and for individual use only.
- 3.3. Accurate Information: Members must provide accurate personal and payment information.
- 3.4. Policy Compliance: Members must comply with individual clinic policies and requirements.
4. Platform Usage
- 4.1. Account Security: Members are responsible for maintaining account security.
- 4.2. Platform Availability: We strive for 99.9% platform uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted access.
- 4.3. Service Updates: We may modify platform features with reasonable notice to members.
- 4.4. Data Usage: Member data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
